When users purchase Hippo Mails, Particularly in accordance with the business’s nature, we do not support any money back policy. In case, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, then you have to bring your concerns into notice within 7 days, after receiving our services/products subjected to valid reasons and company’s standard terms.

A refund will be issued from cleared funds. Our liabilities are entirely bounded by project’s chunk values (client-company mutual proposals). All refund liabilities only holds if the given project has been canceled either from client’s side or if cancellation has been communicated to us in writing.
